Delivery and Shipping Information

Shipping Options

Naokeidoe ships USPS (United States Postal Service) First Class, Priority Mail and Express Mail and follows their rate schedules. 

Under our domestic USPS shipping methods we ship to the USA. 

Incorrect Shipping Information

If a package is returned to Naokeidoe Creations due to an incorrect shipping address provided by a customer, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping/redelivery cost. Naokeidoe Creations is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by a customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Naokeidoe Creations is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Naokeidoe Creations will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

Free Shipping

Place an order of $99.00 or more and your shipping is free. When qualifying for our free shipping option, the standard shipping method of First Class mail or Priority Mail is only available for shipments within the mainland of USA only.  ***Make sure you select the free shipping option in the shipping column when required. If the free shipping option is not selected at checkout your order will be shipped by whatever method you select. ***Please note, any free shipping only applies to domestic, USA only orders.  

Delivery Times

In stock products are usually processed and shipped out within 7-14 business days of receiving your order, Monday - Friday. This does not include the day the order was received.  All items are handcrafted, so please allow additional time for such.   

During Holidays of Thanksgiving and Christmas and during sales please expect a longer turnaround time.

Please note, Naokeidoe Soap is a handmade, cold-process product and must cure for approximately 4 - 6 weeks before it is ready to be sold. 

Out Of Stock Items

Refunds are issued for items that are out of stock at the time of shipment.  Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
